Bio
Heather Williams is a PhD student originally from Bogalusa, Louisiana now living in Warren, Ohio. She studies Modern US Military History with a focus on the evolution of women in the military from World War One to the present. Heather is a retired US Navy Non-Commissioned Officer who made numerous combat deployments during the Global War on Terror. Heather often volunteers with many disabled veterans in Ohio and Michigan. She never comes alone, as Heather is always accompanied by her service dog, Lima.
