I am a first-year PhD student.  I received my BA in History from Cameron University in 2023 and MA in History from Midwestern State University in 2026. Master's Thesis: "A Case Study in Cold War Counterinsurgency in Latin America." I am the first historian and Eagle Scout in my family. Professional Organizations: Life Member in the National Eagle Scout Association. Node of Excellence: War, Power, and International Affairs. My research interests include: Counterinsurgency and Irregular Warfare, Modern Military History, Cold War, U.S History, U.S. Civil War and Reconstruction Era, Modern Latin American History, Vikings, Ancient Rome and Greece, and Nationalism/State building. My post-Mississippi State Plans are to be a professor or work in research or for the government. I intend to pursue Postdoctoral Fellowships and be the best historian possible.
